-
IS THERE OPPORTUNITY FOR PROGRESSION?Absolutely! As a young, fast-growing agency we’re constantly pushing to unlock new opportunities which, in turn, sparks progression. We focus heavily on ensuring all of our talent have clear progression paths, personal development plans, personal training and development budgets, and are ready to pounce on new opportunities.
-
CAN I WORK FROM HOME OR DO I NEED TO BE IN THE OFFICE?We hire people we trust. Simple as that. And given that it’s 2022, we’re open for hybrid working. Saying that, as a small creative digital agency filled with rising talents, we’re building a culture of shared learnings, experience, and teams that tackle challenges together in the search for awesome solutions. That’s why we ask our staff to be in our London office for a minimum of two days per week within the core working hours.
-
WHAT'S THE TEAM LIKE?We’re a fun bunch that loves coming up with big ideas for our clients. Whether you’re working in our account management teams, creative and strategy team, or in our content production studio, we all work together as one.
-
IS THIS JUST A 9-5 JOB?Our working hours are 09:00 – 17:30 with our team office days being Tuesday and Thursday. However, the nature of some of our roles could take you around the world or needing to work some irregular hours. Whether that’s filming content with an esports team in LA, on the ground with our clients across the UK, or simply heading our for client meetings, be ready for some interesting opportunities to crop up. We work in sports and esports after all!
-
WHAT'S THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT LIKE?Our London offices are on the Central Line just by Chancery Lane station. We’re one big team in one big, open-plan office. We work hard for ourselves and our clients, and we know how to have fun. So be prepared for a working culture that’s open, empowering, wants you to succeed, fast-paced, and a whole heap of laughter!
-
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?Tuxedos and ball gowns… We’re obviously kidding. As a digital creative agency, we believe in letting our work do the talking, not just the colour of a tie. Saying that, we do welcome clients regularly into our offices so please don’t arrive in your dressing gown!
-
WHAT DOES A STANDARD DAY LOOK LIKE?In short… we don’t do standard. However, a general day or week can be as varied as planning and delivering against a social media content calendar through to filming days in the UK and abroad, visiting clients to hash out a new campaign strategy, pitching for new exciting work, designing a complete new brand look and feel for a sports team, and of course the team get-together and socialising at the end of the day!
