HEET, a European esports organisation competing in titles including Counter Strike, Valorant, PUBG, and Rocket League, came to AND THE NEW as they wanted to completely revolutionise their brand and content with the aim of increasing their commercial value and engaged audience size.
Simply put, they wanted to take their social content to the next level.
Our growth strategy for HEET was simple. Use high-awareness and exposure platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels to grow the audience, whilst doubling-down on entertaining and informative content to engage the audience and give them a reason to stay.
Our team ran all aspects of HEET’s social channels from community management, graphic design, short-form content, and in-game clipping. We leaned heavily into vertical video platforms and content creation to drive growth, engagement, and reach.
The approach saw HEET's metrics experience a sharp rise, across following, reach, impressions and engagement rate - kick-starting their social media presence in earnest.
