THE BRIEF

With the opening of No.124 Kings Road in Brighton, Guesthouse Hotels brought AND THE NEW on board to create a lifestyle-led hero film that would capture the spirit, beauty, and easy charm of their newest coastal location – all with the aim of making the property instantly desirable to a new generation of boutique hotel seekers.

Leaning into the natural elegance of the interiors and the relaxed vibe of the seafront, we crafted a visual narrative that was less about rooms and rates, and more about how it feels to stay. Using a combination of aerial drone footage and carefully composed lifestyle scenes, we highlighted the sensory moments that make No.124 special – from breakfast in bed to slow evenings by the sea.

Every shot was designed to showcase the hotel’s aesthetic attention to detail while drawing viewers into a daydream of Brighton life. With tone and texture front of mind, we delivered a film that invites potential guests to picture themselves already there – living slower, breathing deeper, and checking in to something special.
