THE BRIEF
AND THE NEW partnered with Legacy Hub to bring their brand launch to life through an intimate, story-led film featuring their core ambassador, content creator and influencer Lottie Tomlinson.
Filmed in her London home with a two-camera setup and three key lights, we created a warm, polished environment that allowed Lottie to speak naturally and authentically. Legacy Hub is a secure digital platform for storing important documents, information and memories, designed to be passed to a nominated Digital Executor when the time comes — reducing the administrative burden on families and helping prevent lost time and money from forgotten accounts, passwords and more.
Given the personal nature of the subject and Lottie’s own experiences of loss, our approach prioritised sensitivity and care, ensuring she felt comfortable, supported, and fully prepared to share her story with honesty.
